Launch of Jordan Women’s Footwear business. Create brand concept for Jordan Women. Kicked off with Air Jordan XI for her - the grail of sneaker culture which lead to designing 4 seasons of products in 6 months while a GM and a design team is in place. Within a year, it grew to $20+ Million business and later led to Jordan Women’s Apparel Business.
