I am a visionary multi-disciplinary creative who leads end to end consumer journeys for world class brands with design expertise in Retail Design, Product & Innovation, Storytelling, Brand Strategy, Digital and Brand Defining Event Design and Collaborations. 

From academic/research institution of NASA, global design consultant of IDEO, to industry defining global sport and lifestyle brand of Nike, I thrive in fast paced, dynamic, and innovative environments leading brands to create the future of consumer experiences.

During my tenure at Nike, I am the rare hybrid that spans over Product, Brand, Retail and Marketing functions and across Global, North America, Asia-Pacific and Jordan Brand. Whether it’s creating brand-defining moments for Olympics, kick-starting Jordan Women’s business, to shaping future consumer concepts for the brand, I approach it with big-picture strategic vision through human centered, insights driven methodology to impact business goals.

My superpower is communication through all mediums to drive clarity and impact. From elite athletes, media, collaborators, to the executive leadership, I excel at simplifying the complex to bring stakeholders alignment by creating presentations and immersive environments to bring to life future visions. The ultimate goal is to harness the power of storytelling to connect and inspire consumers to join the movement.

As a servant leader, I manage internal team and external agencies with integrity, clarity and empathy. With my family backgrounds across Asia, United State and Europe, championing diversity and inclusion is intrinsic to everything I do. I am energized by seeing the power of collaboration amplified by diverse cultures, thoughts, voices and life experiences. My leadership goal is to create a culture of belonging for everyone to bring their best self to work everyday.
